InStrategy is one of the most experienced and committed firms in implementing the Balanced Scorecard. The Balanced Scorecard helps us improve the alignment of the organization with the Bank's strategic objectives, integrating tangible and intangible perspectives into change management, and balancing short-term and long-term goals.
