Management of strategic and operational indicators

At InStrategy, we have extensive experience in selecting relevant indicators to reliably measure the objectives defined in the Strategic Plan.

The indicators are defined at different levels of the organization using the Balanced Scorecard methodology, which enables effective strategic and operational alignment through strategic maps. These maps are defined at both the global level and for business units, departments, and individuals.

To facilitate analysis and alignment, we define two types of indicators for each objective: strategic and operational. Targets are then set, and an integrated analysis is performed to validate the consistency of the indicators across all levels of the organization.

We also develop technical data sheets for each indicator, including information on: data sources, calculation methods, responsible parties, types of charts, dimensions of analysis, and more.
