Where to invest?

We analyze various corporate growth options, such as internationalization or globalization, business diversification, and vertical integration across the value chain. It also opens up possibilities for choosing different growth paths, through acquisitions or mergers, strategic alliances, or internal development, also known as organic growth. A well-managed corporate strategy can facilitate rapid growth. A company can pursue any growth option as long as it leverages its advantages and mitigates its disadvantages.

How do we add value?

We ensure that the corporate center adds value to the corporation’s overall business portfolio. This added value generates the corporate advantage the additional benefit derived from forming a group of companies rather than each business competing independently in its respective industry.

Value creation is neither obvious nor automatic and requires a deliberate effort. To achieve this, we seek alignment between the center’s characteristics and capabilities, the key success factors of the various sectors, and the opportunities for improvement within the strategic business units.
