In the strategy deployment process, we achieved greater alignment of all employees with the strategic objectives. In addition to the company’s strategic map and dashboard, we developed five additional maps for each area, all fully aligned with the overall map. The tool facilitated the modeling and deployment of the maps, objectives, and indicators (more than 200 across all levels). Furthermore, it helped us establish a central repository for all the information expressed in objectives, indicators, and projects within the various maps. Online web accessibility enabled timely communication with employees, ensuring they have the necessary information to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives at all levels.
